EcoFlow – Replacement Policy
Satisfaction and peace of mind are guaranteed on all EcoFlow products purchased directly from the official EcoFlow India channel.
Please read the following policy statements carefully to understand whether your product qualifies for a return, exchange, or repair.
Replacement Policy
· The product delivered is defective or has physical damage that is not repairable, and this is established within 7 days from the date of receipt.
· Our technical team examines the product and confirms that the issue cannot be resolved via repair or part replacement.
· The exchange request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.
· The product is returned in its original packaging, along with:
· Receipt or proof of purchase
· Price tags and labels
· Warranty card
· All accessories and complimentary items received with the product
Note: The cost of any missing or damaged items (including gift boxes or packaging) will be borne by the customer.
Repair Policy
· If any hardware-related issue or physical damage occurs after 7 days of delivery:
· The product will be repaired by the EcoFlow India service team as per the warranty coverage.
· The customer is required to contact the support team and follow the repair procedure.
· Repair or part replacement will be done based on the nature of the issue and subject to warranty terms.
Returns Policy
Wrong Product Delivered
· If the customer receives a different product than what was ordered:
· The customer must notify the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product.
· Once reviewed and verified by our team, an appropriate action will be taken.
Customer-Initiated Return (No Defect)
Order Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation Before Dispatch:
If the customer wishes to cancel the order before it is dispatched, a 4% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
· Cancellation After Dispatch:
· If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, a 4% deduction as well as actual logistic charges (based on location) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Exchange with Another Model
· If the customer wants to exchange the product for a different EcoFlow model:
· The customer must bear courier charges.
· The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
· All documentation and accessories must be intact and included.
